NASA SEWP VI
NASA SEWP VI (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement, pronounced “soup”) is a Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) providing Information Technology, Communication, and Audio-Visual (ITC/AV) solutions and services to all Federal agencies and their approved contractors. Established in 1993, SEWP was the first GWAC in federal acquisition. The program is self-funded through a 0.34% usage fee and supports more than 50,000 orders a year.
Fair Opportunity
FAR 16.505(b)(1) requires that each contract holder be given fair opportunity to be considered for orders above the micro-purchase threshold under multiple-award contracts. The method is at the Contracting Officer’s (CO) discretion, and the CO documents the rationale for placement and price. The SEWP Quote Request Tool (QRT) is the recommended way to support this; it automatically includes contract holders within a selected Group (e.g., SDVOSB) or a suggested source.

How To Order from SIE
Define the requirement.
Your end-user prepares a Purchase Request (PR) per your agency’s internal process.
Request a quote.
Use the SEWP QRT and select SIE Consulting Group (80TECH26D0338) or the SDVOSB Group, or email contracts@sieconsultinggroup.com .
Receive SIE’s quote.
Turnaround depends on the complexity of the request; SIE will confirm timing and any clarifying questions when your request is received.
Issue the Delivery Order (DO).
Your agency’s procurement office issues the DO (any valid Federal DO form). The SEWP PMO reviews, processes, and forwards it to SIE.
Kickoff and delivery.
SIE’s SEWP Program Manager is your single point of contact. Any order modifications must also route through the SEWP PMO.
